April Fools!

For April Fools Day we made a treat called Fakin and Eggs. The students tried to fake out their teachers and friends with the snack which was really made from white chocolate, m&m's, caramel and tootsie rolls. They almost look real and tasted even better.

Valentines Day

The students made a valentines day project to give to their friends and family. We made "Kiss Roses" They turned out really great. Then we had our Valentines party with some heart healthy snacks. It was a really fun and exciting day. Here are some pictures of what we did.

Holiday shopping trip

Our annual holiday shopping trip was a huge success again this year. The students got most of their shopping done and we enjoyed lunch in the food court. We even got a compliment from a complete stranger. I have such great students :) Everyone was tired out by the end of the trip. Can't wait until next year.

Classroom project

We decorated some cookies for Thanksgiving that looked like Indian Corn. They all did a great job. We even shared some with the teachers and they loved them.
